Hiring and Staffing

We typically work in teams of two, for a more efficient and thorough housecleaning. When we assign a team of cleaners to your home, they are the team we will send each time, to provide as much consistency and care as possible. We do not send new employees without notifying the client.

In the event that a team member is out on leave for vacation or illness, we may send an alternate person to assist the remaining team member, in order to avoid interruption of service. At times, a third person may follow your team for training purposes.

We will always notify you of changes and will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure a high quality and professional service. If you need to meet a person before having them in your home, we will work with you to accommodate your request.

We take your safety and security very seriously, and would not bring employees to your home who have not been vetted by a background check, employment  history, and references prior to starting work with us. We follow Alaska state standards regarding barrier crimes and consider a prospective hire’s entire application, references, and interview before making a hiring decision.

Employees will not be eligible to be a team lead until a probationary period has passed with a positive evaluation.

Business owner/manager will provide training and supervision during housecleaning appointments to ensure quality of service, and will communicate with clients and workers regularly.
